Oluwabukunmi Oke is a fixed income trading professional with over a decade of experience across banking and investment management, with core expertise in over-the-counter (OTC) market strategies and portfolio construction.
Prior to co-founding AEPL, he worked at Access Bank and Alonati Capital, where he developed experience across treasury functions, market execution, and institutional fixed income strategy.
As a founding member of AEPL, he has played a central role in building the firm’s brokerage and research capabilities. He is responsible for proprietary trading activity and portfolio structuring, overseeing capital deployment across fixed income instruments.
In addition to trading oversight, he leads the firm’s enterprise risk and investment risk management functions, ensuring disciplined execution, capital preservation, and operational resilience.
Oluwabukunmi holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Babcock University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Analytics from the University of New Haven, Connecticut, USA.
Olusola Olowookere is a seasoned financial markets professional with over 15 years’ experience spanning commercial banking, corporate banking, and inter-dealer fixed income brokerage. He has developed deep expertise in institutional client coverage and OTC fixed income market intermediation.
He spent seven years at Guaranty Trust Bank and Access Bank across Banking Operations, Commercial Banking, and Corporate & Investment Banking, where he built strong capabilities in credit analysis, treasury coordination, and corporate client relationship management within regulated financial institutions.
He later joined Krosk Partners Limited, where he spent eight years specializing in fixed income brokerage and secondary market intermediation. In this role, he was responsible for institutional client engagement, liquidity sourcing, price discovery, and execution support across buy-side and sell-side counterparties.
At Automated Exchange Partners Limited, Olusola leads brokerage sales and institutional coverage, leveraging his market knowledge and established relationships to deepen counterparty connectivity and expand the firm’s footprint across the Nigerian fixed income market.
Olusola holds a B.Sc. from Babcock University and is ACI certified.
Ayodele Ogunnusi is the Director of Advisory, Strategy, and Compliance at Automated Exchange Partners Limited. He is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, optimising asset value, and overseeing the firm’s investment strategy and governance framework.
He brings over 13 years of professional experience across audit, advisory, and senior consulting roles, including work with leading firms such as Bain & Company and PwC Nigeria. His background spans strategy formulation, operational execution, and organisational transformation.
Ayodele previously worked at Transport Services Limited between 2014 and 2018, where he was involved across multiple operational and strategic functions. He later joined KOBO360, a leading logistics and digital freight platform in Nigeria, serving as Head of Strategy and Operations.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and remains actively engaged in applying his expertise and network to support the development of sub-Saharan financial markets. He also serves on the executive management teams of two indigenous organisations in Nigeria.
